VOICE is a program that understands that language should never be an obstacle to learning, sharing, or helping.

What is VOICE?

VOICE is about building bridges through language and connection.
It creates opportunities for members of the CLEAR network to learn, practice, and exchange languages while also sharing their culture, experiences, and perspectives.

How It Works

🌎 For Spanish speakers:
It offers the chance to practice and improve English to grow academically, clinically, or culturally.

💬 For English speakers:
It provides the opportunity to practice and improve Spanish — to connect more deeply with Latin American communities and patients.

The Vision

VOICE is more than language, it’s connection, empathy, and understanding.
It’s about two people helping each other grow, sharing real conversations, and discovering how culture and compassion can open new paths in both life and healthcare.

🎧 “VOICE Talks”:
Short conversations or interviews between participants from different countries, later shared on CLEAR’s social media.

💻 Buddy Program:
Pairing an English-speaking member with a Spanish-speaking member so they can practice together and support each other’s learning goals.

🌐 Cultural Days:
Online gatherings to share traditions, music, or stories from each participant’s country.

🎓 Clinical English & Spanish Workshops:
Sessions focused on vocabulary and communication in healthcare fields, helping improve patient care and mutual understanding.
